ANTI-GAS MINING-GRADE BLASTING

PRODUCT DETAILS:

The explosive is semiplastic consistency, off white color.

Permitted to be used for surface as well as underground blasting in coal mines non gassy and gassy up to max. I. class of risk may be used for blasting in stone and coal; in gassy coal mines of the I. Class of risk. However, the explosive detonates reliably by the detonator REF.DET 3 (0, 6 g Np) according to STN EN 13763-15 but with lower rate of detonation.

PACKING

The explosive is supplied in cartridges of the same or larger diameter than low limit diameter, e.g. Ø 30 mm/130 g. They are placed in common packing formed of polyethylene hose (foil with permanent destaticizer Mikrotem M*S 1E) sealed in both ends with thermic weld. (Next diameters Ø 32 mm, Ø 36 mm, Ø 38 mm)
Transport (forwarding) packing is a cardboard sealable box. Transport (forwarding) packings shall comply with the recommendations for transport of dangerous goods of Class 1.

The explosive is being delivered free-bulk or in the cartridge with a minimal diameter of 30 mm.

Shelf life: 6 months Rail transport classification (RID) and road transport classification (ADR): 1 .1.D, UN No.0082, Explosive Type B.
